Emilio Anthony Brocke

Emilio Brocke AKA - Eli Anthony passed away peacefully at his home on July 11, 2019 at the age of 68. Eli was born in Panama and came to the United States as a young child. He was a devoted Roman Catholic. He served as an altar boy in his younger years.  As a young man he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war.  Eli also had a passion for martial arts and a love for the Chinese culture.  He received his black belt and teaching license from the Taiwanese government.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Lucy and Otto Brocke.  He is survived by his daughter Amanda Anderson, two granddaughters Aaliyah Lynn Shoup, Aspen Marie Shoup, two brothers, Benjamin Brocke and Michael Higa and two sisters Annabell Brocke and Yevette Middleton.  He has four nieces Alexus, Shy’Anne, Meredyth, and Lauralei Higa.  A memorial service will be held in his honor on August 3, 2019 at 11:00 am at Southern Nevada Mortuary, 730 Front Street Caliente, Nevada.  Services will be under the direction of Southern Nevada Mortuary.
